As of April 15, 2026, Freudenberg completed and settled its acquisition of Nilfisk and subsequently became the owner of more than 90% of the company’s share capital and voting rights. Following the delisting, the acquisition of the remaining shares was carried out in accordance with the Danish Companies Act.

Following the completion of Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH’s voluntary public takeover offer for Nilfisk Holding A/S, Nilfisk was delisted from Nasdaq Copenhagen. The last day of trading and official listing of Nilfisk shares was May 12, 2026.

Nilfisk is now a privately held company. Consequently, the Investor Relations website has been discontinued.
