Nilfisk completes divestment of its US High Pressure Washer business
Nilfisk A/S has completed the divestment of its US High Pressure Washer (HPW) business to Pressure Systems Innovations, LLC (PSI).
Nilfisk A/S has completed the divestment of its US High Pressure Washer (HPW) business to Pressure Systems Innovations, LLC (PSI), a US-based company with strong regional roots in the pressure cleaning market. The transaction includes the Pressure Pro and Hydrotek brands.
The transaction follows a strategic review of the US HPW activities and concludes Nilfisk’s evaluation of long-term options for these brands. The divestment supports Nilfisk’s continued focus on its core business areas and strategic priorities, while ensuring the future development of Pressure Pro and Hydrotek under dedicated ownership.
Jon Sintorn, President & CEO of Nilfisk, says:
“I am happy to conclude this disinvestment. PSI is a capable local owner with the focus and investment horizon to develop Pressure Pro and Hydrotek, while Nilfisk sharpens its focus on our core business. Most importantly, customers will experience continuity, and employees will have a strong platform for the future.”
All employees have transferred to PSI as part of the transaction, and operations will continue in the Fort Pierce area, ensuring continuity for customers, partners, and suppliers.
The transaction closed on 31 October 2025. The financial impact of the divestment is not material to Nilfisk, and the company’s financial outlook for 2025 remains unchanged. More information about the financial implications of the disinvestment will be provided in conjunction with the Q3 report on 20 November 2025.
