Jon Sintorn’s core competencies include international management, strategy execution, and transformation. Jon has a proven track-record with transforming companies to maximize their value creation potential across different industries. Jon has a deep technological insight; a strong people focus and extensive experience with leading global companies meeting customer needs worldwide.

Jon has served as CEO in Swedish Nobia AB and Permobil AB. Jon holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University and a Master of Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics. 

Carl is a seasoned CFO with experience from listed and private equity companies. Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and Accenture, focusing on strategy, M&A, organizational change, and performance improvements. Carl brings extensive financial leadership experience from global companies, including Dynavox Group, Profoto, JM AB, and Permobil Group. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.

Eerikki Mäkinen is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise in R&D, product management, engineering, sales, business transformation, M&A, and supply operations. He brings a customer-focused, end-to-end perspective to company operations. Eerikki has held leadership roles at industry-leading companies and joins Nilfisk from Konecranes. He holds an MSc in Engineering.

Camilla Ramby has extensive experience with development of brand, marketing and communication strategies with a special focus on commercial execution. Camilla Ramby joined Nilfisk in 2018. Prior to that she has worked with digital and data driven marketing as well as advanced analytics and market insights in both the financial industry and in telecom. Camilla Ramby holds a MSc in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School. ​​

Siam Schmidt has 20 years of HR experience and an excellent track record of driving value to businesses through the HR agenda in several industry-leading companies such as Novo Nordisk, Leo Pharma A/S and Royal Unibrew. She has vast experience in developing the right people- and cultural agenda to increase performance whilst developing an inclusive, attractive and engaging work environment. Siam holds a MSc of Arts in Communications and Organizational Development from Aalborg University.

Christopher Riau has extensive experience in global functional roles as well as P&L general management roles and has developed solid expertise in international business, customer operations and service-led models. Christopher joined Nilfisk in 2007 and holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and a BSc in Business and Production Management from Fachhochschule Reutlingen-Emlv.

Thomas Dragø Nielsen has worked over 30 years at Nilfisk in a broad range of positions from business development, over European service management before moving into the commercial side of Nilfisk. At first in role of Country Manager in UK and later the Pacific region, hereafter returning to Denmark to take up a position as regional GM for the Nordic region. For a period, he led the Consumer division to then return to the professional side of the Nilfisk business taking up the role as Head of Europe North and Pacific, which was later extended to also cover the APAC region excluding China. Thomas also manages the PAC (Parts, consumables and accessories) business unit. Thomas holds a degree in MSc International Business Economics.
