Q: Machine does not start or stops during use

  • Check that the plug is correctly fitted to the wall socket

  • A fuse in the building may have blown and needs to be changed

  • The cord or plug may be damaged and need repaired. If your machine is under warranty, please contact your supplier directly. If your machine is outside of the warranty period please contact a service center (link to service center list)

  • The thermal fuse may have blown, Unplug and leave to cool for 1-2 hrs (to allow thermal fuse to reset). Try the machine again (without extension cable if used) - if still no power - please contact a service center (link to service center list)

  • If none of the above actions apply – contact your supplier directly if your machine is under warranty or leave your machine with a service centre if your machine is outside of the warranty period (link to service center)

Q: Reduced suction power

  • The collection container may be full and needs to be changed - see instructions in the manual (link to manual)

  • The prefilter or filter may be blocked and needs to be cleaned or changed - see instructions in the manual (link to manual)

  • The hose handle, hose, tube or nozzle may be blocked and needs to be cleaned. See instructions in the manual (link to manual)
