Jonas Persson
President and CEO
Joined Nilfisk in 2014

Jonas Persson’s international career includes membership of Assa Abloy's Executive Management Board and head of the Asia-Pacific division. He formerly held positions with the Alfa Laval Group and Nolato. Jonas Persson represents experience with large international groups, including value chain management, and he has extensive experience in sales management, joint ventures and emerging market acquisitions. Jonas Persson holds an MSc. in Engineering from Lund University, Sweden.



Karina Deacon
Executive Vice President and CFO
Joined Nilfisk in 2016

Karina Deacon is responsible for finance, IT, Business Development and Indirect Sourcing. Over the course of her career, Karina Deacon has held several global positions with ISS, Saxo Bank and PWC. She has a strong record and solid experience, not only in financial management and strategic leadership; she also has a valuable insight into the cleaning industry from 12 years with ISS, most recently as Regional CFO of Central Europe. Karina Deacon holds an MSc in Auditing from Aarhus Business School, Denmark. ​



Lars Gjødsbøl
Executive Vice President, Global Operations
Joined Nilfisk in 2003

Lars Gjødsbøl joined Nilfisk as head of European and Asian sourcing and in 2005, he was appointed to the Management with the responsibility for sourcing, production, product development, and product management/marketing in Europe and Asia. Since 2012, he has been responsible for Global Operations. Lars Gjødsbøl has experience with all areas of operations, including R&D, strategic sourcing, production, supply chain, product management and quality. Lars Gjødsbøl’s career includes an operations role with Novo Nordisk A/S and a position as management consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. Lars Gjødsbøl holds an MBA in Commercial Law from CBS, Denmark.​



Anders Terkildsen
Executive Vice President, EMEA Sales and Service
Joined Nilfisk in 1998

Anders Terkildsen joined Nilfisk as Group Channel Manager, appointed EVP in 2005. Today, he is responsible for sales and service in EMEA. Anders Terkildsen’s career includes positions as Marketing Director with Incentive Group and as Product Manager with Hardi International responsible for South Africa and France, and he has experience with territory management, key account management, internationalization of leading industrial groups, and management of sales companies, joint ventures and acquisitions. Anders Terkildsen holds an MBA in General Management from University of San Francisco, US.



Tina Mayn
Executive Vice President; Products, Solutions & Marketing
Joined Nilfisk in 2015

Tina Mayn formerly held several global positions in Electrolux and has a strong experience of Global Product Portfolio Management, business turn-around, Program Management and Operations, specifically within Purchasing and R&D. Tina Mayn also has a broad experience from large change programs and BPE (Business Process Excellence) set-ups, and she has played a strong role in the Globalization transformation within Electrolux. She was stationed for a number of years in Sweden and France. Tina Mayn holds an MBA from EIPM, Geneva, d’Archamps, France.



Jacob Blom
Executive Vice President, HR
Joined Nilfisk in 2016​

Jacob Blom has extensive experience within Human Resource Management and has been leading HR transformation projects in large international companies including the implementation of Group processes and HR systems. He formerly held positions with NCC AB, TDC, and Merck & Co, Inc. Jacob Blom holds a Graduate Diploma in Organization & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.​​​



Andrew Ray
Executive Vice President, Americas Sales and Service
Joined Nilfisk in 2016

Andrew Ray has extensive experience in general business management, sales, marketing and global execution and has worked in medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Nilfisk, Andrew Ray was President and CEO of North America for the company Getinge AB, a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Sweden. He has experience with executing commercial excellence programs and was stationed for 10 years in Japan, Belgium and France. Andrew Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, US.
