1. Disassemble the barbecue: Before cleaning, take your barbecue apart by removing the grates, drip pans, and any other removable parts. Make sure you choose a spot in the garden which you don’t mind getting dirty.

4. Clean the exterior of your BBQ: Start from the top and work your way down. Hold the jet washer at around 6 inches from the surface and spray in a sweeping motion. Avoid pointing the nozzle directly at control knobs, electrical connections, or other sensitive areas.
5. Rinse and dry your barbecue: After cleaning the exterior and removable parts, rinse everything thoroughly with water to remove any soap or cleaning solution. Leave out to dry in the sun.
After cleaning your BBQ, rinse down the surface space with your pressure washer so you don’t leave any grease lying around. Don’t forget to rinse out the hose on your high pressure washer and let it dry before storing it away.
