Nilfisk’s executive management consists of six members, headed by Jonas Persson, President and CEO



Jonas Persson
President and CEO

Joined the company in January 2014. His international career includes membership of Assa Abloy's Executive Management Board and head of the Asia-Pacific division. He formerly held positi​ons with the Alfa Laval Group and Nol​​ato. Jonas Persson represents experience with large international groups, including value chain management. He also has extensive experience of sales management, joint ventures and emerging market acquisitions. Born in Sweden in 1969, Jonas Persson holds an MSc. in Engineering from Lund University, Sweden.​​​



Karina Deacon
Group CFO

Joined Nilfisk in January 2016 and has responsibility for finance, IT and Indirect Sourcing. In Karina Deacon’s career, she has held several global positions with ISS, Saxo Bank and PWC. She has a strong record and solid experience, not only in financial management and strategic leadership; she also has a valuable insight into the cleaning industry from 12 years with ISS, most recently as Regional CFO of Central Europe. Born in 1969, Karina Deacon holds an MSc in Auditing from Aarhus Business School, Denmark. ​



Lars Gjødsbøl
Executive Vice President, Global Operations

Joined Nilfisk in 2003 as head of European and Asian sourcing. In 2005 he was appointed to the Management with responsibility for sourcing, production, product development, and product management/marketing in Europe and Asia. Appointed EVP in 2008. Since 2012 he has been responsible for Global Operations. His career includes an operations role with Novo Nordisk A/S and a position as management consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. Lars Gjødsbøl has experience with all areas of operations, including R&D, strategic sourcing, production, supply chain, product management and quality, with responsibility for both strategic and operational initiatives in global companies. Born in 1971, Lars Gjødsbøl holds an MBA in Business Administration and Commercial Law from CBS, Denmark.



Anders Terkildsen
Executive Vice President, EMEA Sales and Service

Joined Nilfisk in 1998 as Group Channel Manager, appointed EVP in 2005. Today responsible for sales and service in EMEA. His career includes positions as Marketing Director with Incentive Group and as Product Manager with Hardi International responsible for South Africa and France. Anders Terkildsen has experience with territory management, key account management, internationalisation of leading industrial groups, and management of sales companies, joint ventures and acquisitions. Born in 1962, Anders Terkildsen holds an MBA in General Management from University of San Francisco, US.



Jeff Barna
Executive Vice President, Americas Sales and Service

Joined Nilfisk in 2012 as General Manager of the US sales company. In 2014 he was appointed Senior General Manager with responsibility for sales and service in the Americas region covering North, Central and South America. His career includes position as Senior Vice President of Sales & Service at global battery manufacturer Exide Technologies, and he has more than 25 years of sales experience in the North American market with solid experience in working with direct and indirect sales models as well as marketing strategies. Jeff Barna, born 1961, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business Management from the College of William & Mary, Virginia, US.​



Tina Mayn
Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and Product Management

Joined Nilfisk in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management. She formerly held several global positions in Electrolux and has a strong experience of Global Product Portfolio Management, business turn-around, Program Management and Operations, specifically within Purchasing and R&D. Tina Mayn also has a broad experience from large change programmes and BPE (Business Process Excellence) set-ups, and she has played a strong role in the Globalisation transformation within Electrolux. She was stationed for a number of years in Sweden and France. Born in 1970, Tina Mayn holds an MBA in Business Administration from EIPM, Geneva, d’Archamps, France.​
