Nilfisk-Advance - new Chief Financial Officer
The new CFO of Nilfisk-Advance will be Morten Johansen (40). He joins the company from a position as Chief Executive of GEA Process Technologies, Ireland. Morten Johansen will succeed Claus Michelsen as CFO. He joins the Nilfisk-Advance Board of Management when he takes up his position on 1 February 2007.
CFO with international business experience
As previously reported, the new Chief Financial Officer holds an MSc. in Business Administration gained in 1990 and became a state-authorised public accountant in 1995. His business experience includes:

Accountancy positions with the firm of Arthur Andersen in Denmark and UK.

CFO and then CEO for GEA Liquid Processing Scandinavia, Skanderborg, Denmark.

Having successfully reversed the fortunes of GEA Liquid Processing Scandinavia, Morten Johansen was made Chief Executive of GEA Process Technologies, Ireland, and appointed to head the activities of Tuchenhagen in Asia and UK.
Currently resident abroad, Morten Johansen will return to Denmark upon taking up his position with Nilfisk-Advance.
